Thesis Writing Service

How we work

From your first message to the last file, step by step.

Every project with us goes through five steps, from the first call to the final hand-over of files. We talk, we see your material and we send a written scope with the fee. Then the work is done in stages and you check the hand-over. We don’t take any money till you agree to the written scope.

We work fully remote. Our team sits in Nagercoil, and scholars talk to us on phone, WhatsApp, email or video call from their own place. Many scholars contacting us are from Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Trivandrum, but the steps are same for any place.

1. The first call or message

Call +91 99441 03829 or message us on WhatsApp, send the enquiry form or type your number in the chat box. One of our team will call you back, mostly by the next working day. We are available Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm IST.

In this call we ask four things. Your university and department, your subject, the present stage of the work, and the next deadline, which may be a synopsis submission, a Doctoral Committee review, the thesis submission date or a revision date given by a journal. The call is ten to fifteen minutes only. It is free and you need not decide anything in it.

2. A look at what you have

After the call we ask for some actual document. It can be the synopsis, a draft chapter, your data file or the similarity report. It can also be the comments your committee gave in last review. When we see even one real document we get more informations from it than from half an hour of talking. Also we won’t quote you for some work which you don’t actually need.

Sometimes at this step we find you can manage without us. In some cases your guide has already marked the corrections in the chapter, and doing those is enough. In some other cases the similarity score comes down once the bibliography is excluded in the correct way. Then we tell you so.

3. The written scope

If you decide to continue, we send a written scope on WhatsApp or by email. Mostly it is around one page. These points are written in it.

  • The work from our side, listed chapter-wise or task-wise
  • Your part, like sending files, clearing our doubts or rewriting some passages yourself
  • Each stage, with its date
  • The number of change rounds included
  • Fee for every stage

Read it slowly, show it to anyone you like and ask us to change any point. Work starts only after you reply that you accept it. Changing the scope in the middle is also possible, and our terms has the details of that.

How the fee is worked out

There is no price list on our site, because a “thesis edit” is very different work each time. For a 90-page M.Com dissertation it can be two days of work. For a 300-page engineering thesis with many equations it can take four weeks. One fixed rate will be wrong for almost every scholar.

So the fee is calculated from the real work. These points change it.

  • Volume of material, like the number of pages and chapters, interview transcripts or rows of data.
  • Type of help. Light checking costs less than restructuring, and a regression less than a full structural model.
  • Condition of your present draft. A clean draft and rough notes are very different starting points.
  • Rules of your university. Some universities give a very strict format and a long checklist, and following all that takes us extra hours.
  • Your deadline. If you give us only two weeks, we have to keep other scholars’ work aside for you.
  • The number of change rounds you want in the scope.

You see the fee for each stage in the scope before you agree to it. Once in a while, after starting, we see the work is more than what you and we thought at first. In that case we inform you, and the extra work is done only after you agree to the change. There is no surprise bill in the end of the project.

4. The work, in stages

We send the work back part by part, so you don’t wait till the end to see everything. For editing, one chapter comes to you at a time with tracked changes in Word. In analysis work you get the analysis plan first, before we run any test. In formatting work the front pages come first and the full thesis comes later. If any part is not correct, tell us at that point itself, before we do the next part on top of it.

Payment is also stage-wise, as written in the scope. Mostly you pay before the stage starts. After most of the stages we fix a short video call with you. In that call we go through what we changed and the reason for each change, and you are free to record it.

Your guide may read a stage and ask for some changes. This is normal. When the changes asked by your guide are part of the agreed work, we do them within the change rounds already written in your scope.

5. Hand-over, and after

After the last stage we send you the final files in the agreed formats, usually Word and PDF. For analysis work you also get the SPSS output or the R script, and any notes we said we would give. We check with you that nothing is missing.

Many times the committee or examiner comments come a few weeks after this. Send them to us when they come. If the comments are on the work we did, we will tell you whether replying to them falls inside the original scope.

Your files and your authorship

Your drafts and data are used for your project only. We don’t share, publish or reuse them, and after the project you can ask us to delete them. You stay the author of your thesis from start to end. Our academic integrity page explains up to what point we help and where we stop. Any other doubt you have before calling us, maybe it is already answered in our FAQ.

Tell us what you need

Only four fields to fill. We will call or WhatsApp you back by the next working day, and many times earlier than that. First talk with us is free, you don’t pay anything for it.

We reply on the next working day. Your details stay with our team.

Stuck on a chapter? Talk it through with us.

Call or WhatsApp, say where you are in your thesis, and we’ll tell you plainly what kind of help makes sense, if any.
