Thesis writing service in Hyderabad

Help for Osmania, JNTUH, University of Hyderabad and MANUU scholars, worked remotely.

Worked remotely from Nagercoil. Facts checked .

We help Hyderabad scholars with their thesis over phone, WhatsApp and video call, working from Nagercoil, far to the south of Gachibowli. We have no office in Hyderabad and we don’t send anybody to meet you. We help with writing, editing, analysis and formatting, and the thesis stays in your name only.

Even the font is not same across Hyderabad universities. Osmania asks for Times New Roman and JNTUH asks for Bookman Old Style. Osmania allows similarity up to 10%, and it also puts a limit of 20% on AI content. JNTUH allows a total of 24%, but any one source can give only 3% of that total. The University of Hyderabad keeps its limit at 10%, and overlap with papers where you are first author is not counted there. MANUU wants the abstract in two languages.

So before starting any chapter, be clear whose rules you are following, as they differ on almost every page. We read every university document quoted here in October 2026.

Universities in Hyderabad and what they ask for

  • Osmania University (OU)

Osmania has new Ph.D. Rules and Regulations for 2026-2027, and several old rules are changed in them. You have to print on both sides of A4 paper now. The font is Times New Roman at 12 pt and the spacing is 1.5. For references you can take any standard style like APA 7, IEEE, Harvard or Oxford, but keep the same one in full thesis. You give four soft-bound copies and one CD to the Controller of Examinations. For synopsis they want six copies. Your supervisor forwards those copies with a list of 12 names for the examiner panel. At submission you also need no-dues certificates from five offices, from the Chief Warden till the University Librarian.

  • Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH)

JNTUH has its own thesis write-up guide, and it is unusual. The font is Bookman Old Style 12, printed on 100 GSM paper. The left margin is 1.5 inch, line spacing is 1.5, and every new paragraph starts with an indent of five spaces. For the cover they want a 300 gsm white soft cover with the letters in navy blue. You send five copies of the thesis and one synopsis to the Director R&D, and the examiner panel goes in a sealed cover. The certificate from the Head of your Organisation comes on the sixth page. Your name in the thesis must be same as in your SSC or CBSE memo.

  • University of Hyderabad (UoH), Gachibowli

As per the 2026-27 prospectus, similarity is limited to 10%. It applies to PhD and M.Phil. theses and M.Tech dissertations alike. If the match is with a paper where you are the first author, it is ignored. If you are not the first author, the case is sent to your supervisor and to the Head or Dean. Medium of the thesis is English, as per the academic ordinances. When the subject itself is connected with another language, the thesis can be written in that language. That is why in Telugu or Hindi department you may see theses written in Telugu or Hindi.

  • Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU)

The 2023 regulations of MANUU tell you which fonts to use for the scripts. For Urdu it is preferably Noori Nastaleeq in 15 pt, and for Hindi it is Kruti Dev 10 in 14 pt. You submit six hard-bound copies of the thesis and three hard-bound copies of the abstract. The abstract is written in English and Urdu, or in English and the language of your study. The library’s Plagiarism Verification Certificate is bound inside every hard-bound copy. Once the pre-submission seminar is over, you have 90 days to submit the thesis.

  • English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Tarnaka

At EFLU the proposal stage itself needs a lot of writing. The PhD handbook wants a detailed research proposal of around 10,000 words for the Advisory Committee, and there is no one fixed format given for it. EFLU runs the similarity check on term papers, project reports and proposals also. If the similarity is above 10%, the work gets an F grade.

Osmania’s 20% cap on AI content

Most Indian PhD regulations say nothing about AI content, but Osmania has now fixed a number for it. Clause 27.4 of the 2026-27 rules asks you to sign two undertakings. In the first one you state that similarity is not more than 10%. In the second you state that AI-generated content is not more than 20%. In the five cities we cover, this is the only university rule we found with a figure for AI content.

Whatever ChatGPT or any chatbot gives, please keep it out of your chapters. Also don’t put your own sentences through a paraphrasing tool just to bring the similarity down. Such tools may lower the similarity and at the same time push the AI content score up. Keep proof that the writing is yours, like dated drafts, notes, data files and your supervisor’s comments. Suppose some committee member raises a doubt on your AI score after some months, these old files are what you show them.

In the coursework, Clause 20.4 lists four papers, and one of them is Artificial Intelligence, for two credits. Each of the four papers is mapped to a Sustainable Development Goal. The thesis then has an SDG mapping certificate, with five signatures from you, your supervisor, the Head, the Chairperson BoS and the Dean. Please write this SDG page honestly. Mention the goal your research really touches, and explain how in two or three simple sentences.

JNTUH: 24% overall, but 3% from any one source

We have seen many JNTUH scholars relax once they read “24%” in the regulations. Then the report comes back at 18% and still the thesis is not accepted. Why it happens? If you read Clause 11 fully, there is a second limit also sitting inside it. The overall similarity has to stay at 24% or under it. On top of that any one source cannot give more than 3%, except when that source is your own publication.

When you get the similarity report, don’t go to the total number first. Sort the report source-wise. A single review article you depended on for Chapter 2 can cross 3% by itself. So can a senior’s thesis from your lab. Where you took the words, put them in quotes and give the citation. Where you took only the idea, write it again in your own words.

The process at JNTUH is strict too. After the colloquium you carry a Word file to the R&D office in person. Only three chances are there for the check. Each time it fails, you get one month to do the revision. A fourth chance is given only for a genuine reason, and the Vice-Chancellor has to approve it. The colloquium is held before the Departmental Research Committee within four weeks of your request. If it needs revision, you can apply again only after three months or more, and you get three attempts at the most.

Publications are the other big hurdle at JNTUH. Clause 9.1 asks for four papers, and at least two of them must be in Scopus, SCI or Web of Science journals. Your name comes first, then your supervisor’s or co-supervisor’s name, with JNTUH in the affiliation. They will not accept any other order. Talk with your guide and fix the names before the first paper itself goes to a journal.

Osmania’s three seminars and the three-month clock

At Osmania there are three seminars, and the first one catches many scholars unaware. Clause 23 gives you three months from the coursework result to hold the Research Design Seminar, otherwise the registration gets cancelled automatically. It needs a full literature review with your plan of work. Start writing Chapter 2 while the coursework is still going on, and don’t wait till it finishes.

The second, the Research Progress Seminar, is due before you complete three years from joining. Only at this seminar can you change your title, and that also only if the DRC recommends it. Last comes the Pre-Submission Seminar, with the draft thesis ready, in the six months before you submit. At submission you attach all three seminar certificates. The SDG mapping certificate and a certificate from the RAC go along with them.

The publication rule has changed in 2026-27. Clause 25 now wants minimum two papers with you and your supervisor as joint authors, and these must come out before you submit. The journals must be peer-reviewed and indexed in Scopus or Web of Science. Original reprints of the papers are bound into the thesis as an appendix. If a senior says a UGC-CARE paper is enough, check the current rules once, because the 2026-27 text names Scopus and Web of Science.

There is one more point you should ask the Dean’s office about. Clause 4.1 puts the shortest PhD at four years full-time and five years part-time. But Clause 27.1 allows full-time scholars to submit after three years of research, and part-time scholars after four years. Both clauses are in the same rules, so ask the office which one they follow for your batch. Only after that plan your submission date.

Part-time PhDs for people in jobs

In Hyderabad a lot of people are doing their thesis along with a full-time job in IT, pharma, biotech, teaching or government service. Whether that is practical depends a lot on the part-time rules.

At Osmania, the NOC has to come from the competent authority of the State or Central government department where you work. It must say that you can do six months of coursework on campus with sanctioned leave. From this wording, the rule looks like it is meant for government employees. If you work in a private company, write to the Dean’s office and ask whether they will accept an NOC from your company.

For external registration at JNTUH you need an NOC from your employer and leave of at least six months. The leave can be taken in two instalments at most, for coursework and for compiling the thesis. You also sign an undertaking on IPR and publication, with JNTUH as your affiliation. There is a Research Review Meeting every six months.

MANUU asks part-time scholars for two years of regular service and leave of at least one year. Six months of that leave is for coursework in the beginning, and six months is before submission. Count these leave months with your employer before you register. In all these universities, the NOC also has to be in the UGC 2022 wording.

Working with us from Hyderabad

In your first message, tell us your university and department, the year you joined and the next deadline coming up. It may be a seminar, the colloquium, a similarity check or final submission. Osmania scholars, please mention whether the 2024-25 rules or the 2026-27 rules apply to you, as the paper requirement is different in the two.

Then send us the chapter, the data or the similarity report. We read it first, call you, and tell you clearly what work it needs. If you go ahead, we write down the scope, timeline and our fee and share it with you before starting. Our suggestions come in your own Word file. Each change is visible for you to accept or reject. For JNTUH scholars we use Bookman Old Style and the JNTUH page order from the first chapter itself. With Osmania scholars we put a date on every draft and every comment we send. Later if someone asks about the AI content figure, those dates are useful.

At Osmania you sign the undertakings on similarity and on AI content. At JNTUH you take the Word file to R&D by yourself. These signatures are in your name, so you should be able to explain each page of the thesis line by line.

Questions from Hyderabad scholars

Is there an office we can visit in Hyderabad?

No, we have no office in Hyderabad. All our work is done from Nagercoil. Phone, WhatsApp, email and video call cover everything, from the Research Design Seminar till viva practice.

My JNTUH similarity report says 19%. Why was it rejected?

Mostly this happens because one source is above 3%. JNTUH allows the total to go up to 24%, but no single source can cross 3% unless it is your own publication. Sort your report source-wise and correct the biggest matches first.

How do I keep AI content under 20% at Osmania?

Write the chapters yourself. Many scholars are running their text through paraphrasing apps when similarity is high, please avoid that. Save every draft with the date and keep your notes also, as proof. When we edit we use tracked changes in Word, and against each change we write why we did it.

Does a lab paper where I’m second author count at UoH?

At the plagiarism check stage, UoH ignores overlap only with papers where you are the first author. As second author, your overlap is sent to your supervisor and the Head or Dean. You also have to attach that paper as an annexure.

Can you help with an Osmania MBA project report?

Yes, we help with it. As per the MBA (Day) syllabus, the project report goes to the University 30 days before the final-semester exams, and after that there is a viva. We support you with the questionnaire, the analysis and the writing. The presentation in the viva is done by you.

Can you help with an Urdu thesis at MANUU?

Our part is the English side of the work, that is the English abstract, the analysis and the structure. The Urdu text and the Urdu abstract you handle yourself. For both scripts, follow whatever fonts MANUU has given in its rules.
